Introducing “The Finch Nest”
Wow, friends! I am approaching the 6-month anniversary of opening my own real estate brokerage and it has been a whirlwind so far. I am so excited for what’s to come! Defining my company’s brand and vision has been the theme for my team and I since before starting this journey. For me to state ‘we are striving for excellence and wanting to be the best in the nation’ seemed too cliché. I know that my company is different than the others; yet, how?
With the storm of the real estate industry disruptors like iBuying investment firms and ‘fast’ internet mortgages (which are useful tools for a small portion of the population), I believe there’s still a strong need for human interaction and advocates to help people to make logical decisions and to look out for their best interests. With that said, I think real estate agents will always be needed and setting ourselves apart from not only the disruptors, but the thousands of agents who compete with us locally is imperative to success. Our solution is customer service… service during and after the sale is where we make that difference and continue to improve every day.
One of the reasons why we are able to mainly focus on the service we provide is because we aren’t distracted with worry over our next “lead” or paycheck. We know if we continue to strive for 5-star customer service during and after the sale that we will reap the benefits of word-of-mouth advertising since that is the best way for buyers and sellers to find their Realtor. The person referring us business is confident that we’ll provide similar or better service to their family, friend, and colleagues because we make this promise. It is a beautiful circle of trust that has allowed my business to thrive over this decade. Therefore, I can officially announce that Finch Real Estate Company’s mission is to provide an exceptional real estate experience and build lifelong, caring relationships with our peeps and our vision is to be the most referred real estate company in Central Florida.
We will need YOUR help in fulfilling that vision and I want to love on those of you that do help us! In the past, you may have been recipients of or noticed that some people received birthday treats or special invites to events, but you didn’t know exactly why. Now we’ve developed our rewards program, kind of like your favorite restaurant or retail store but better, so that there won’t be any questions of “why didn’t I get invited to that exclusive event?” Enclosed is the introduction to The Finch Nest, our referral appreciation club and we hope you will become a member soon! SIDE NOTE: if you’re already a member (and don’t officially know, yet) you’ll be receiving a second notice inducting you into the club with a small welcome gift.
It’s so surreal though that I am even making a “club” for my business. I could not do this or continue to do this without you. Thank you for not allowing your friends to use an inexperienced, crappy Realtor and instead insist that they use my services. Thank you for supporting and encouraging me. Thank you for being patient with me during growing pains and sticking with me on this journey. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.
