Just wanted to touch base with a Quick Market Update and request some help from you.

We ask your help…

Finch Real Estate is growing and expanding.

The market overall is still decreasing in seller inventory with buyers looking for homes.  The numbers, as you see in this video are way lower than last year.  So if you are contemplating on selling or know someone that is, contact me so I can help them with the process and likely help some of my waiting buyers at the same time.  Florida Real Estate is  still expanding as well and our Central Florida area is such a desirable area. Feel free to reach out to our team and we will help figure the best options.
