So, this past week we have seen some numbers jumping around. Inventory for listings changed a bit after the Labor Day weekend. That’s good news as we have a lot of buyers looking for ‘the one’. However, you will see in the that we are still down from last year’s numbers at this time. With mortgage rates being so low, the market is still doing well considering COVID19 – at least as well as can be expected. Check out the video for more details and the actual numbers. 🤓
