Quick Real Estate Market Update: What’s Happening This week

Things are still moving in our Central Florida Real Estate Market as people are taking advantage of low mortgage rates, but is a little slower as we approach the holidays.  Inventory is low and being bought up by buyers quickly right now, so if you are thinking of selling now is the time to call me!

Gingerbread Houses!

Also, since we at Finch Real Estate Company are all about finding the perfect home for our clients, we are all about houses in all ways. That includes Gingerbread Houses! Last year we had a team building day that we wanted to have fun doing at the same time so we decided to decorate gingerbread houses.  We enjoyed it so much that we made it an annual tradition and a friendly competition.

So, if you haven’t been following us in social media, please do so.  Once we complete our houses, we will post them and have you all vote on which one you like the best.  The winner here on our team receives a small trophy and bragging rights for the year!  Join us in our fun on Facebook!  See you there!
