The National Association of Realtors did some more research on just how the Pandemic has affected the real estate market. They investigated how being at home affected home owners opinions on buying and selling, how it influenced sellers to sell faster and how multi-generational home purchases were affected. What happens after the election? 🤔
Following this election, there will likely be fluctuations in the market for a period of time. I will also be paying close attention to any changes in real estate as there are plans regarding the housing industry coming according to the National Association of Realtors. Some of these mentioned plans may make it easier for home buyers. So stay tuned for those updates and information.
In the meantime, as you just watched, we are in a sellers market right now.
